Nestled in the shared grounds of the inspiring Villa Ridge Garden Centre, Patio Rose is a highly regarded Tauranga café in it's own right.
Headed by Vicky and Steve, Patio Rose is run by a skilled and passionate team who aim to offer exceptional customer service and experience. Every day, our dedicated kitchen team produces a range of delicious savoury and sweet options for our cabinet, including gluten free and dairy free options along with daily specials. Our brunch menu is packed with everyone's favourites and our own signature dishes.
Offering a friendly, relaxed and warm atmosphere, along with a large selection of house made goods and excellent barista made coffee, Patio Rose is the perfect place to grab a bite on the run, linger with friends over lunch or host a special event.
Patio Rose is open for breakfast, lunch and tasty treats 7 days a week.

High Tea
"With detail and delight in mind, our High Teas are the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion."
Served in our Piccolo Room, our High Tea includes for each person;
A mini savoury e.g quiche
Two mini tea sandwiches
A mini sweet treat e.g baked lemon cheese cake with mascarpone, chocolate tart with berry compote.
A mini Devonshire scone
Condiments
Your choice of a pot of tea or a regular coffee, or a glass of orange juice
The High Tea is served on vintage plates with cake forks using traditional tiered stands.
The price is $28 per person with a minimum of 6 people required.
Piccolo Room
We serve High Tea for our booked groups in our Piccolo Room. For your comfort and enjoyment we recommend no more than 24 people for a High Tea booking. However, Please talk to our team if your group is larger. Our Piccolo Room can also be booked for any event or workshop.
Booking Terms and Conditions
1. To make an initial booking we require; A booking name, phone number, email address, catering date/time, number of people and whether there are any dietary requirements.
2. We'll be in touch to confirm your booking by email. A credit card must be provided to guarantee the booking. Payment details will be confirmed.
3. The booking date must be confirmed 7 days prior to booking date.
4. Final numbers must be confirmed 7-4 days prior to booking date.
5. Once minimum numbers and dietary requirements have been confirmed, this will be the minimum number of guests we will cater for and for which you are charged.
6. A 'key liaison' person must be nominated to co-ordinate with our team on the day.

Room Capacities:
Piccolo Room - Great for small private functions and High Tea 6pax - 24pax. A 'U' shaped seating layout works best in this room.
Main Café - Seating for approximately 30pax*
Outdoor Courtyard and Covered - Seating for approximately 50pax.*
*An exclusive venue hire fee may be applicable.
