To make an initial booking we require; A booking name, phone number, email address, catering date/time, number of people and whether there are any dietary requirements. 2. We'll be in touch to confirm your booking by email. A credit card must be provided to guarantee the booking. Payment details will be confirmed. 3. The booking date must be confirmed 7 days prior to booking date. 4. Final numbers must be confirmed 7-4 days prior to booking date. 5. Once minimum numbers and dietary requirements have been confirmed, this will be the minimum number of guests we will cater for and for which you are charged. 6.
